How to convert ONESIAM Coin to Asia Miles  
1. Select the “Cathay” menu button in the Convert Out section in ONESIAM SuperApp Click
2. Click the “Convert Now” button. 
3. Read the terms and conditions for ONESIAM Coin to Asia Miles conversion, click the “Agree” button. 
4. Fill in the Cathay Membership number and last name that registered for the Cathay Membership account. 
5. Fill in the OTP number, click the “Continue” button. 
6. Select ONESIAM Coin that you want to convert for Asia Miles (300 ONESIAM Coins = 100 Asia Miles), click the “Confirm” button. 
7. Complete the transaction by clicking the “OK” button to earn Asia Miles.

1. This promotion is applicable to all Cathay members with a residing address in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Cambodia (the ”Participating Countries”).

5. Each registered member will receive 15% bonus miles upon completing Eligible Transactions across any of the mentioned categories during the Promotional Period (“Promotional Offer”). Eligible Transactions should be credited and recorded in the member’s statement by 31 October 2024 to be eligible for the Promotional Offer 
6. Transactions involving miles accrual from daily wellness goals on the Asia Miles by Cathay App and miles redemption transactions are not considered as Eligible Transactions for this promotion 
7. Regular Asia Miles will be credited to the member’s account within seven (7) working days after the ONESIAM Coin conversion has been successfully completed. Member can check the successfully converted Asia Miles via the Cathay website or the Cathay mobile app 
8. Bonus Miles will be credited to the successfully registered member’s account by 31 December 2024 at the latest 
9. The Eligible Members shall notify Cathay Pacific by 15 January 2025 if they do not receive the Bonus Miles; otherwise, Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and Asia Miles Limited accept no liability and will not be liable for any compensation 
10. The Eligible Member’s Cathay membership account must remain valid when the Bonus Miles is granted, otherwise Cathay Pacific has the right to forfeit the Bonus Miles or charge an amount equivalent to the value of the Bonus Miles   
11. The Bonus Miles earned under the Promotion is non-transferrable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services

15. ONESIAM members can convert ONESIAM Coin to Asia Miles through ONESIAM SuperApp as follows: 
Regular conversion rate* 300 ONESIAM Coins = 100 Asia Miles (*This conversion rate is subject to change). 
16. The ONESIAM member’s mobile phone number for ONESIAM Coin conversion must be the same number as registered in the Cathay Membership account, which is operated by Cathay Pacific Airways Limited. 
17. This point conversion is provided for ONESIAM members only who are Cathay members and have ONESIAM SuperApp to convert ONESIAM Coin to their own Cathay account. ONESIAM members cannot convert to other accounts. 
18. Convert ONESIAM Coin via ONESIAM SuperApp according to conversion rate, and ONESIAM Coin can be converted at a maximum limit of 30,000 ONESIAM Coins per member per day. ONESIAM Coin will be deducted from the member’s account according to the amount of ONESIAM Coin conversion 
19. ONESIAM Coin will be deducted from members’ coins according to the amount of completed ONESIAM Coin conversion that members cannot refund, cancel or change. The Company reserves the right to reject the cancellation of ONESIAM Coin redemption after members have redeemed entirely under any circumstances. 
20. ONESIAM Coin that is converted or used, cannot be changed, adjusted, cancelled, or refunded for cash in any cases.

22. The Company reserves the right to change terms and conditions, including conversion rate or policy and/or benefits of collection, redemption, and/or conversion in terms of Asia Miles (including the termination or suspension of privileges), whether in whole or in part at any time. 
23. In case of any disputes or arguments related to Asia Miles, decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and Asia Miles Limited is final and binding to all related parties. 
24. The company reserves the right to disqualify any ONESIAM Coin conversion with a reason to believe that it might come from misuse and/or fraudulent activity or any other acts that may cause harm to the law of conversion. The company reserves the right to cancel ONESIAM Coin conversion for the above reason without prior notice and will not refund the Asia Miles regarding these transactions. 
25. The company reserves the right to collect, use, and disclose members’ personal information to company partner for the purpose of point conversion.
